We will accept general returns and exchanges on any unopened products within 30 days of purchase. If you find any issue or something wrong with an item you receive, we will make it right. We promise. If your item is damaged or flawed, please let us know within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund you for it right away.

3. Photo illustrating the issue
4. Your preference for a replacement or a refund

Refunds for a damaged or flawed item include shipping fees.



Did you receive a non-personalized item that isn’t quite right? We are certain you can find something better suited to your taste and style. You may exchange your gift for another item or return and receive a credit for future use within 30 days of receipt.
